We are always happy to discuss rates and wages in an interview, but offer fair wages with benefits and additional perks. For apprenticeships we follow the apprenticeship structure laid out by the ministry.

Yes! We would hire you as a labourer, to get an idea of what the different trades you can get into are. Our team consists of many Plumbers, Electricians, Refrigeration Mechanics, Sheet Metal Workers and Gas Fitters. We offer 5 different apprenticeships, along with their certification requirements, from the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP). Note that while almost 90% of an apprenticeship is paid, on-the-job training, there are also loans, travel allowances and grants available to offset the costs of registration, tuition and certification.
