Plumber

Perform trade tasks the journeyperson is licensed for. Advise, direct and manage an apprentice to perform tasks covered under the licensed trade. Complete scope of work within the given time constraints and with the appropriate materials.

Reports To

Operations Manager, Site Forman, Senior Journeyperson

Responsibilities and Duties

Read, interrupted and execute tasks described in blue prints
Plan, prioritize and manage tasks related to licensing to meet contract deadlines
Interact and communicate with customer, vendors and team members in a positive manner
Give instructions to apprentice to execute tasks related to licensing
Work efficiently following all safety regulations
Represent yourself, team and company in a respectful manner
Responsible to cover a one week on call rotation

Qualifications

Secondary School Diploma
Valid G license with clean driving record
306A or Trade specific C of Q
3-year licensed experience
Physically able to work on a construction site in all positions including ladders, scaffolding and elevated platforms
Operate small and large equipment required to complete tasks
